Meet Janie Seltzer, M.A.
Janie Seltzer is a SoulCARE guide, speaker, and teacher whose work is rooted in one deep awareness — that many women are moving through life on autopilot, doing and serving and achieving, while quietly losing touch with their own inner life.
Her journey has been anything but linear. From co-founding three churches and building a wholesale gift company, to working as an art licensing agent, every chapter has led her toward the same sacred calling: helping people slow down, listen, and notice what is happening beneath the surface. With a Master's Degree in Theology and over 40 years of pastoral leadership, she brings both deep academic formation and lived wisdom — holding space with a rare blend of insight, empathy, and gentle clarity.
What makes Janie's approach distinct is her ability to bring tenderness and truth together. She does not offer quick fixes or surface-level encouragement. This masterclass is not a lecture. It's an invitation into presence.

Kathy first encountered SoulCARE not as a leader — but as a woman who was personally shaped by it. She came, like many of you, simply searching for something sacred to hold onto in a demanding season. What she found changed her. And that transformation became a calling.
With more than two decades in real estate, business development, and leadership, Kathy brings a rare combination of strategic clarity and genuine heart to everything she touches. She is the founder of Aligned Growth Network, where she helps purpose-driven people bring structure, sustainability, and peace to the work they feel called to carry.
As Co-Director, Kathy holds the operational and relational backbone of the Women's Center — ensuring that every experience is not only spiritually rich but thoughtfully built. She knows what it means to be found by this work, and she helps make sure others can be too.
